87% of male employees can benefit from paternity leave

In 2023, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group renewed its global agreement with UNI Global Union to guarantee a common social base for all its employees. This agreement reaffirms our commitments to respect fundamental human and social rights and promotes social dialogue. Signed on Monday 9 October 2023 by Bénédicte Chretien, Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole S.A. and Alke Boessinger, Deputy General Secretary of UNI Global Union, it also includes commitments to parenthood, with the deployment of 28 days of paid paternity leave.

The Crédit Agricole Group's engagement and recommendation survey is now open. Our employees can express themselves on their understanding of strategy, management, career development, work organization, pride in belonging and work/life balance.

For Crédit Agricole Assurances, the participation was 87% in 2020.

This survey takes place every year. It then gives rise to co-construction workshops and action plans as part of a continuous improvement approach to the quality of life at work.

What is Eurofactor GmbH?

Eurofactor GmbH is wholly owned by CAL&F and is a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, with around 100 staff in Germany (Munich, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt), Belgium and the Netherlands.
