From 9 to 13 March 2026, our Gender Diversity week celebrated those who bring our commitment to equal opportunities and inclusion to life every day. Five days of meaningful discussions and concrete actions with colleagues from across the globe to keep driving progress together.

And we pursue our actions. Because our differences are a collective strength, we strive to better understand them and turn them into a lasting impact for our teams, our customers and the communities we serve.

Inspirational highlights include:

  • Webconference “Men and Women: We’re all allies against sexism” with Florence Masquin and Lucy de Noblet – a key moment promoting a respectful work environment, in line with the #StOpE initiative, aiming at preventing everyday sexism.
  • “The Power of Trust” conference hosted by CACEIS and the agency Yes We Are, providing insights on how to build workplaces where everyone feels legitimate and valued.

An ongoing commitment

As part of our skills-based volunteering program, j’agis, our employees can sign up to social support missions. On 26 March, a speedcoaching event will take place to support refugee women accompanied by the Kodiko association, combining talks about gender equality and two coaching sessions to help them in their job search and integration.

Training opportunities are also available all year round. Our teams can join Stand Up sessions to learn how to respond to street harassment, as well as a LinkedIn Learning course dedicated to gender diversity and professional equality.

At Crédit Agricole, inclusion is a lever for cohesion and performance. Together, we continue our actions to build a more inclusive society, where everyone has the same opportunities to succeed.
