From 4 - 8 March 2024, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group has launched a special week for all employees dedicated to our Diversity Policy and the five company commitments: openness & curiosity, representativeness, equal opportunities, solidarity and responsibility.

Every year, within the Crédit Agricole S.A. group, we welcome young people on their third-year internship to help them come into contact with the world of work for the first time.

Our Group’s Youth Plan is about helping each and every young person gain access to employment and the world of business, with an emphasis on equal opportunities for all.

For the third consecutive year, we are the preferred financial services company in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) for students and recent graduates. We have gained 3 places in the overall ranking of the largest companies in the CAC 40 and CAC ESG (Universum 2023 in France*).

Crédit Agricole S.A. is the first company on the CAC 40 (Paris stock exchange index) to incorporate a Café Joyeux Inside restaurant on one of its campuses. This useful and universal project contributes to the Group’s commitments towards inclusion and equal opportunities.

At the heart of our Human-centric Project, we are committed to our Diversity Policy. In this framework, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group counted 19 gender diversity networks in 2022 and 63% of them are international.

Crédit Agricole Group's Diversity Month opened on Thursday 2 November. This Group-wide initiative promotes an ever more inclusive culture, cultivating diversity, raising awareness among employees and highlighting the Group's concrete actions.

This is the theme that Crédit Agricole Assurances chose to highlight during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities.
