From 4 – 8 March 2024, this special event focused on the actions of Crédit Agricole S.A. Group and its entities supporting diversity and inclusion.

Each day zoomed in on one of the dimensions of our Diversity Policy: openness & curiosity, representativeness, equal opportunities, solidarity and responsibility.

Among the highlights, our employees could take part in a webinar against stereotypes, a conference on harassment and another on intergenerational collaboration. Numerous testimonials and news items from our various entities helped to raise awareness and get people involved. In this way, promoting diversity becomes everyone’s business.

This event may have come to an end, but our actions continue throughout the year to accelerate our managerial and cultural transformation and strengthen our Human-centric Project as actors of an increasingly inclusive society.
