Strongly anchored in our culture, employee share ownership has developed over the years as part of capital increases reserved for our employees.

What is employee share ownership?

Employee share ownership has the aim of integrating our employees into our capital on a long term basis and associating them with company performance.

In 2022, the capital rate held by Crédit Agricole S.A. employees reached 6%.

Since our Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2001, we have carried out ten capital increases. By highlighting each person’s contribution to our Group’s success, the development of employee share ownership is part of our pact of trust within our Human-centric Project.
