As a responsible employer, our Group places diversity at the heart of its strategy and is committed to developing all profiles and career paths through recruitment and training.

Throughout the month of November, known as Diversity Month, the Crédit Agricole Group has been working on this issue. Among the initiatives of CA Assurances:

  • A video address by Philippe Dumont, CEO of Crédit Agricole Assurances to promote equality and inclusion.
  • The organization of the reception and the tutoring of trainee students of 3rd grade from the priority education networks.
  • Activities to raise awareness about welcoming disabled people in companies: an information stand, a game contest, a comic strip animated every day during the Week for the Employment of Disabled People and Christmas markets promoting “responsible” purchases thanks to products from our ESAT partners and sold by their disabled workers.
  • An interactive webconference: “Stereotypes, inclusion and diversity – keys to a work environment that respects differences” with a self-test offered to all our employees in order to situate themselves in relation to stereotypes.
