From 3 to 28 November, Crédit Agricole Group celebrated diversity within our organisations through an inspiring programme of conferences, workshops and initiatives in France and abroad. This special event demonstrated the concrete progress made towards equal opportunities and strengthened our collective commitment to an ever more inclusive culture.

Enriching encounters throughout the Group

The Diversity Month illustrated initiatives that show how we embrace different profiles and backgrounds to create inclusion in the workplace. This approach strengthens our Group’s ability to understand and respond to the needs of customers, while also creating a fulfilling work environment for employees.

The four-week event engaged teams in our different countries, regions and territories, as they attended major events, such as:

  • meetings with gender diversity networks in several entities, a gender diversity day in France,
  • awareness-raising on mental health and co-operation between generations
  • women’s leadership workshops in Asia,
  • the launch of inter-entity mentoring in the United Kingdom,
  • a conference in Italy to explore the role of alliances as a lever for growth
  • a multicultural action in Germany…

By getting involved, everyone contributes to making our corporate culture more inclusive. In this way, we continue to promote equal opportunities and accelerate inclusion, drivers of collective performance for employees, customers and society.
