At the heart of our Group’s Youth Plan, we provide training for young people and support them in their professional development and integration. Throughout the year, teams in France and abroad work closely with students and young graduates to introduce them to the wide variety of careers within the Group.

Crédit Agricole entities have developed many initiatives to attract young talent, including school forums, employee presentations in schools and universities, job dating events, open days and specific actions to recruit women and promote gender diversity across our different business units.

The Group is strongly committed to training and the inclusion of young people at work, notably through work-study programs, internships and international volunteer programs (VIE), accompanying them throughout their career journey as they develop their skills.
