As a responsible employer, Crédit Agricole Group continues its commitment to training and the professional integration of young people, as part of its Human Project.

Between 2022 and 2025, we welcomed more than 88,700 young people, thus exceeding our initial objective of 50,000 by 77%.

Internships, apprenticeships, international assignments… The Group offers numerous opportunities in France and internationally to enable young people to discover its activities, develop their skills and support them towards employment.

This commitment is also possible thanks to our engaged employees who accompany young people throughout their journey with us, as well as on actions promoting their integration and skills’ development.
