The promotion of gender diversity, equal treatment, diversity and inclusion are fundamental values that guide recruitment, training, promotion and compensation at CAPS with the active support of the Cercle Potentielles network.

A company agreement has recently been concluded unanimously by the trade union organisations. Its terms include:

  • Support for women in expressing their leadership and potential.
  • A commitment to increase the proportion of women in management
  • Paternity leave increased from 11 days to 21 days and paid for in full by the company
