As part of its CSR strategy, Crédit Agricole Assurances has made a commitment to forests in France.

Our objective is to plant 500,000 trees each year, in partnership with Reforest’Action and Plantons pour l’Avenir through concrete solutions:

* a customer operation linking subscription to an insurance policy with the planting of a tree, in partnership with Reforest’Action, for a total of 300,000 trees planted per year;

– payment of a subsidy to an endowment fund, Plantons pour l’Avenir, to neutralise its CO2 emissions, as part of its sponsorship actions. Crédit Agricole Assurances guarantees the planting of 200,000 additional trees per year.

The Crédit Agricole Group's engagement and recommendation survey is now open. Our employees can express themselves on their understanding of strategy, management, career development, work organization, pride in belonging and work/life balance.

For Crédit Agricole Assurances, the participation was 87% in 2020.

This survey takes place every year. It then gives rise to co-construction workshops and action plans as part of a continuous improvement approach to the quality of life at work.
