Since 2005, the Crédit Agricole Group has been committed to a proactive and inclusive Disability Policy, which is fully integrated into our Human Project and also into our Societal Project.

Bénédicte Chrétien, Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole S.A. Group, and François-Xavier Heulle, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole in charge of the Human Resources Department, take the floor to present our Disability Policy, the actions taken in 2022 to enable us to achieve the 6% disability employment rate, as well as our 2025 Ambitions.
