Signed on Monday 9 October 2023 by Bénédicte Chretien, Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole S.A. and Alke Boessinger, Deputy General Secretary of UNI Global Union, it also includes commitments to parenthood, with the deployment of 28 days of paid paternity leave.
