DEFINING IDIA CI’S VALUES
Co-developed in 2022 by all employees, IDIA CI’s values are defined across five key dimensions:
The 5 Core Values of IDIA CI
- SERVING the collective interest
- INVESTING together is essential
- WELL-PLACED DETERMINATION for guaranteed success
- INDIVIDUAL EXCELLENCE in service of collective achievement
- LET’S DARE to reinvent ourselves!
In 2024, IDIA CI experienced significant workforce growth, with 12 employees hired on permanent contracts to strengthen teams and support the company’s dynamic expansion. We continue to focus on integrating these new hires, providing mentorship for employees, and maintaining regular HR follow-up. The HR team, expanded to 3 FTEs at the end of 2023, structured HR processes in 2024 to support IDIA CI’s development and place human responsibility at the core.
A COLLECTIVE COMMITMENT TO TRAINING
Onboarding New Employees
Since January 2022, every new hire at IDIA CI benefits from an onboarding program consisting of two key sessions: one training day focused on understanding the Crédit Agricole Group, and another day presenting IDIA CI’s activities, led by a representative from each team.
More Diverse Training Programs
Our professions require regular updates in technical, regulatory, and compliance risk management knowledge. Additionally, IDIA CI employees increasingly participate in “soft skills” training. In 2024, each employee completed an average of 26 hours of training, with a growing variety of topics each year.
Implementation of Key Training Initiatives
To support its societal project, Crédit Agricole Group developed five e-learning modules aimed at raising employee awareness of societal challenges and the fundamentals of sustainable finance.
IDIA CI is committed to fostering a feedback culture within its teams. In 2024, all employees participated in two feedback training sessions: a webinar introducing feedback concepts and a practical workshop organized in groups of 10 for both employees and managers.
IDIA CI also launched a mentorship program for investment teams to help junior staff develop their skills. Fourteen employees benefited from this program over an 18-month period from June 2023 to December 2024.
To prevent psychosocial risks, IDIA CI employees took part in an immersive experience focused on mental health awareness in the workplace—learning to detect early warning signs, identify the right contacts, and apply best practices.
SHARING VALUE
IDIA CI employees benefit from Crédit Agricole S.A.’s attractive profit-sharing schemes, including incentive plans, employee savings plans (PEE), and retirement savings plans (PERCO), all supported by matching contributions.
QUALITY OF WORK LIFE
Work-Life Balance
To best support working parents, IDIA CI strives to create a respectful and supportive environment. In this spirit, IDIA CI has signed agreements with nursery networks for crib reservations. Additionally, access to a leisure center is offered every Wednesday and during school holidays. A concierge service is also available to help employees balance professional and personal life.
Sustainable Mobility Package
The Sustainable Mobility Package (FMD) allows the employer to cover expenses incurred by employees who use “soft mobility” options to commute, up to a maximum of €500 per year.
This package is available to employees on permanent or fixed-term contracts, including apprentices, with at least three months of seniority, and who use eligible transportation methods (mechanical or electric bicycles, carpooling, hybrid or electric vehicle rental or sharing services, public transport excluding subscriptions).
The card, issued via Worklife, enables direct payment without upfront costs at stores and websites related to sustainable mobility.
ANNUAL EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND EMPOWERMENT SURVEY
In 2024, Crédit Agricole Group launched the ninth edition of its annual survey to measure cultural, managerial, and societal transformation: the accountability Index (Indice de Mise en Responsabilité – IMR), which consistently achieves nearly 100% participation from our employees.
The excellent overall IMR score from 2023 was confirmed in 2024, with particularly high scores in three areas: understanding the company’s strategy, trust in IDIA CI and Crédit Agricole Group leadership, and employer recommendation.
To go further in 2024, a Trust Capital Index (Indice Capital Confiance – ICC) was added to the IMR survey and measured. This trust index is excellent within IDIA.
