Additionally, an annual survey is conducted to measure employee satisfaction. To further improve satisfaction, a workplace quality-of-life survey is conducted by an external firm, leading to new action plans proposed by employees. Since 2019, IDIA Capital Investissement has also been engaged in a sponsorship policy supporting various associations.

– Reducing our environmental footprint
This objective is reflected in our working environment, including occupancy of a High Environmental Quality (HQE) building, systematic recycling practices, digitization of materials, consideration of the carbon footprint of employee travel, and controlled energy consumption.
