We invest Crédit Agricole Group’s equity capital through stakes ranging from €1 million to €50 million across all sectors, thereby supporting business development.

The teams at IDIA Capital Investissement are committed to embodying one of Crédit Agricole Group’s ambitions: to act as a responsible investor and promote green finance. For business leaders, this guarantees support from a partner who is attuned to tomorrow’s environmental and societal challenges.

We also have a duty to act daily according to ambitious CSR standards by pursuing an active policy in terms of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR).

Internally, we carry out numerous initiatives to reflect our commitment to CSR, structured around three main objectives:

– Acting as a responsible employer
This objective is reflected in a proactive teleworking policy, extensive training programs, fair treatment of employees, and anti-discrimination measures. Additionally, an annual survey is conducted to measure employee satisfaction. To further improve satisfaction, a workplace quality-of-life survey is conducted by an external firm, leading to new action plans proposed by employees. Since 2019, IDIA Capital Investissement has also been engaged in a sponsorship policy supporting various associations.

– Reducing our environmental footprint
This objective is reflected in our working environment, including occupancy of a High Environmental Quality (HQE) building, systematic recycling practices, digitization of materials, consideration of the carbon footprint of employee travel, and controlled energy consumption.

– Improving corporate governance practices
IDIA Capital Investissement promotes a management style that fosters collective meaning, collaboration, and empowerment for every team member.
