In 2010, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group decided to house all its subsidiaries in an eco-campus at Montrouge (92), close to Paris.

Evergreen, a name reflecting its surrounding environment, is like a green city within the city. The park is the centrepiece of the campus, the ‘green lung’ of this tertiary site, surrounded by the various company buildings – Aqua, Terra, Eole, Lumen and Silvae.

– In January 2016, the Aqua, Terra, Lumen and Forum buildings saw their HQE® Exploitation (High Environment Quality) certification renewed with improved profile levels:
“Very good” for “sustainable building”; “very good” for Lumen and Terra and “excellent” for Aqua and the Forum on “Sustainable Management”; “excellent” for “Sustainable Use”.

– In September 2017, the Ignis building was certified as BBC Renovation

– In January 2020, Evergreen was one of the first sites in France to obtain the BiodiverCity® Life label,
as a result of its approach to biodiversity on an operational site.

SQY PARK is a leading campus in the fields of IT and operations. We organise numerous events (conferences, presentations, etc.) that focus on technological innovations.
