Should you put a title or tagline on your CV?

A recruitment officer spends an average of 30 seconds per CV (national statistics)! Putting a tagline that corresponds to the job offer or what you’re looking for will enable the recruitment officer to identify your application more quickly and thus make your CV more likely to be read and selected.

Why do you need to add a leisure/hobbies section to your CV?

This gives information about who you are, your commitments, personality and values.

Make sure you bring out the leisure activities that you really do, subjects that you are passionate about and that will set you apart. You will have to be able to talk about them with conviction. This is a way for the recruiter to understand your personality on your own turf.

How do you write a CV without any work experience?

Recruiters were also young once and they know that your CV cannot be very substantial given your age!

However, they know that you must have had at least one experience that is related to professional life, which you can present as work experience.
For example, practising a sport, an artistic, historical or musical passion, interest in a specific subject, an association/club at school (class representative, IT, reading, journalism, etc.), your middle school internship or babysitting, are all information that can be highlighted to boost your CV.
