As part of our strategic plan, we work actively towards gender equality through agreements focused on recruitment, training, promotion, compensation, and work-life balance.
The Group has launched several programs to support women’s career growth:
- A Group-wide mentoring program led by members of the Executive Committee
- Development pathways for young talents
- A dedicated training program for board member roles
We have strengthened our commitments by signing the Financi’Elles Charter in 2021 and the Women’s Empowerment Principles in 2022.
