Every year, Crédit Agricole Group reaffirms its commitment to equal opportunities supporting the inclusion of young people in the workplace.

Through our Youth Plan, the Group accompanies young people as they head towards professional lives and employment,  regardless of their background, origin or training.

In 2024, thanks to this program, Crédit Agricole Group welcomed 23,519 young talents, via work placements, internships and international volunteering (VIE). Launched in 2022 with the goal of accompanying 50,000 youths by the end of 2025, the Group continues to grow and demonstrates its determination to engage for the future.

Since its launch, this scheme has enabled thousands of young people to develop their skills, discover different professions and find their place in a sustainable society.

To continuously improve on these actions, regular surveys are carried out with trainees, and their feedback allows us to best meet their expectations.
