Every year, in November, we take part in Diversity Month, an event hosted by the Crédit Agricole Group. From November 3 to December 5, many initiatives invite our teams to continue working together to promote diversity and inclusion.

On the programme at Crédit Agricole Assurances:

  • Raising awareness of intergenerational issues: understanding intergenerational relations, deconstructing age-related stereotypes and improving cooperation on a daily basis.
  • Acting for the inclusion of people with disabilities: testimonials, events and a solidarity Christmas market with our partners in the Protected and Adapted Work Sector.
  • Promoting gender diversity and leadership: a “Bold and Influential” conference with experts to break glass ceilings.
  • Get involved concretely: solidarity missions through our skills sponsorship programme to work with associations that work for equal opportunities.
  • Learning: a LinkedIn Learning “Let’s act for inclusion” path to strengthen your knowledge on gender diversity, social diversity, disability and intergenerational issues.

 

This highlight illustrates our desire to go further in equal opportunities and to live our values on a daily basis.
