Experience:o   Experience should not be more than 12 months.o   Knowledge of banking system, especially Information system as well as its various actors is desirable.o   Some project management experience, if possible involving several countries or entities actors. Corollary to that, change management experience is appreciated.

o   Advanced user of Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).o   Excellent interpersonal skills.o  Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). The candidate should be used to communicate appropriately at all levels of hierarchy (from staff to senior management).o  Capacity to gather support from other business lines to drive change within the organization, across departments and teams.o   Rational, synthetic and well-organized person.o   Proactive, motivated and having excellent people skills.o   Capacity to multitask and learn quickly about really different subjects.

IT tools

o   Project management skills including managing stakeholders for implementation etc.
