Job description

Dans le cadre de votre stage de 6 mois, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Directeur technique études et avez pour missions principales :

  • participer à la réalisation des appels d’offres, négocier les marchés des entreprises,
  • contrôler les livrables, s’assurer de la cohérence des pièces écrites et graphiques,
  • s'assurer de la conformité au dossier Permis obtenus et en signaler les différences,
  • préparer tout le dossier administratif et technique en vue de lancer l'appel d'offres,
  • assurer la "Démarche Qualité",- Analyser les retours d’offres des opérations afin de maintenir à jour les outils de chiffrage interne, les tableaux de ratios, les fiches options acquéreurs,
  • réaliser un travail de fin d’étude sur un sujet innovant apportant une réelle plus-value pour l’entreprise.
