L'équipe Banking Finance & Securitisation est un service composé d'une quinzaine de juristes ayant vocation à assister les opérationnels sur les aspects juridiques et transactionnels des opérations de banque commerciale, trade, titrisation et financements.

 

 

Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Participer aux diverses activités de l’équipe, en appui de ses différents membres à Paris et Londres sur les dossiers en cours notamment par des recherches juridiques, la rédaction de notes, la revue des documentations, la participation à des réunions et l’assistance dans le cadre de closings.
  • Intervenir pour modéliser des documents types et suivre l’actualité juridique en matière de titrisation/ financements.

    Titulaire d’un 3e cycle (Master II, DJCE) en droit des affaires, droit bancaire ou financier ou d’un cursus en école de commerce.
