Vous effectuerez votre stage au sein de la ligne métier Global Markets Division qui est la Direction des marchés de capitaux de Crédit Agricole CIB couvrant les activités suivantes : Trading, Vente, Origination obligataire, Titrisation, et Coverage des Institutions Financières. Elle offre à ses clients des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins et une forte présence en Europe, en Asie, au Moyen-Orient et aux États-Unis.
Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Evaluer la performance commerciale :
> Evaluer le P&L et les revenus commerciaux (traitement de données, analyse statistiques, etc.) ;
> Répondre aux sollicitations du Trading et Sales sur ces indicateurs ;
> Développer les outils permettant d’automatiser certaines taches récurrentes.
- Réaliser des analyses ad-hoc en préparation des comités de suivi et ComEx ;
- Proposer et mettre en place avec le Business Manager et les chefs de desks des dashboards sur les activités (NBI, consommation en risques, utilisation de BalanceSheet, etc.).
- Participer à différents projets (projet d'optimisation des KYC, projets réglementaires etc.) ;
- Participer aux projets ad'hoc pour soutenir l’équipe et l'amélioration des divers processus de vente ;
- Contribuer au process de priorisation des demandes d’Onboarding ;
- Rédaction, mise à jour des Procédures Vente (prenant en comptes les recommandations de toutes missions d’audit et inspection) ;
- Contribuer au suivi du risque de contrepartie client et du risque opérationnel ;
- Préparer et faire le suivi des réunions sur la profitabilité de la balance-sheet ;
- Participer à la mise en place de contrôles récurrents sur le périmètre de la vente quand un besoin est identifie ;
- Contribuer à soutenir la mise en place des différentes initiatives commerciales de la Vente.
