Job description

Vous recherchez un stage alliant Change Management & Communication et vous avez un intérêt pour le secteur bancaire ? Alors cette offre est faite pour vous ! 

 

Au sein du département Global Coverage Organization, vous collaborerez directement avec la responsable communication et change management sur des projets stratégiques : suivi de la gestion de la relation client, intensité commerciale, outils digitaux clients et internes (CRM, KYC).

 

Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Pilotage de la communication digitale : déploiement des campagnes de promotion pour l'écosystème CRM de la Banque, sur les sujets IA et DATA ainsi que des solutions digitales clients et le KYC ;

  • Création du contenu impactant : Conception des présentations pour les comités de pilotage, des supports marketing clients (mailings, maquettes) et animation de notre intranet ;

  • Coordination des événements : Organisation et coordination avec l'ensemble des acteurs (Top Management, Banquiers, Chefs de projet etc.) des émissions studios, séminaires et événements de communication et de change ;

  • Elaboration des stratégies : Contribution aux stratégies de change management et de communication produit, et suivi du déploiement des campagnes.
