Au sein du pôle Global Markets Division (GMD), l'équipe en charge de l'Origination obligataire est chargée de traiter les problématiques de financement sur les marchés obligataires des grands corporates français et institutions financières.
Vous serez intégré(e) L'équipe en charge de l'Origination obligataire est chargée de traiter les problématiques de financement sur les marchés obligataires des grands Corporates français.
En collaboration avec le syndicat et les équipes de vente crédit, l'Originateur émet des recommandations et rédige des propositions commerciales en vue de l'obtention d'un mandat pour réaliser une opération obligataire sur les marchés primaires.
Ces opérations peuvent également être structurées dans plusieurs devises, sous différents formats publics ou privés, et le cas échéant dans le cadre d'offres de rachats obligataires publics.
Au cours de ce stage, vos missions seront :
- Le suivi et la rédaction de mises à jour de marché ;
- La participation à l'élaboration des présentations/propositions ;
- La participation à l'exécution des transactions ;
- Le travail de liaison avec les autres équipes internes (Syndication, Rating advisory, Liability Management, etc.).
