Au sein de Global Markets Division de CACIB, qui comprend les activités de Trading, Sales, Origination obligataire, Titrisation, Couverture des institutions financières, contrôle permanent, vous intègrerez l'équipe titrisation de Capital Markets Funding.
Au sein du pôle Titrisation de Capital Markets Funding, la titrisation FI est chargée de répondre aux attentes de la clientèle institutions financières en matière de titrisation de créances financières.
Les missions assignées au pôle sont l'origination, la structuration et l'exécution de titrisations, dans un format de marché ou pour un refinancement privé de type bancaire ou conduit.
Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Mettre à jour régulièrement les bases de données propriétaires à partir des sources de marché ;
- Mettre à jour les documents marketing et les bases de données propriétaires ;
- Contribuer aux présentations investisseurs et aux présentations commerciales (pitches) ;
- Participer à la structuration des opérations ;
- Assister aux missions de liaison avec les autres équipes (grilles SIS, de notation, KYC (Know Your Customer), etc.).
