Vous rejoindrez le département Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) qui a pour mission d’originer, structurer, arranger et réserver des prêts syndiqués et des facilités bilatérales pour les entreprises et les institutions financières.
Vous intègrerez plus particulièrement l'équipe sectorielle Telecom Media Technology (TMT) qui est en charge de proposer et d’exécuter tous types de financements structurés (financements d’acquisition, LBOs ou financement de projets) dans la zone Europe, Moyen-Orient et Afrique. L’équipe est de type « front office » et est essentiellement basée à Paris avec des bureaux à Londres, New-York et Hong-Kong. L'équipe exerce également une activité de Coverage, l'amenant à travailler sur des sujets tels que les fusions et acquisitions (M&A), financements obligataires (DCM), titrisations etc.
Nos clients sont essentiellement des sociétés de télécommunications et de média (opérateurs d’infrastructures réseau, opérateurs commerciaux, fournisseurs d’accès à internet, data centers, chaines TV et producteurs de contenu, etc.), ainsi que des fonds de Private Equity ou fonds « Infrastructure » investissant dans l’industrie des télécoms.
Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :
Au cours de ce stage, votre mission consistera à épauler l’équipe dans le cadre de ses activités courantes et plus particulièrement dans les domaines suivants :
