In the frame of the development of our Amundi Real Assets platform in Luxembourg, you will be under the responsibility of the Portfolio Manager of Real Estate Funds. 

 

Main mission:

·       Participation in financial modelling on the existing portfolio,

·       Participation in the process of assets’ valuation,

·       Participation in production of financial reports (investors, management committee, data collections…),

·       Calculation of key performance indicators and covenants and production of analysis,

·       Participation in coordination of new projects (funds, investments & divestments).

    • Master 1 or 2 in a Business School or University (Finance, Economics...)
    • Minimum experience level

    • Compétences recherchées
    • Organization and planning skills, rigor, curiosity, sense of initiative, flexibility, good analytical skills and synthesis, ability to anticipate and react quickly, adaptability.
    • IT tools
    • Excellent skills in Excel, Power Point and Word
    • Languages
    • Fluent in English, good level in French, German could be a plus
