Job description

The responsibilities of the Assistant PM Intern are to support the other EM fund managers in monitoring the KIA Latam portfolio, corporate actions evaluation, assisting on the regular NAV checks, reviewing and preparing investment cases and investment ideas, producing presentation materials which for this client are an especially complex and periodic [monthly commentary, quarterly/semi-annual and annual presentation] burden and in answering ad-hoc client requests. The role aims to understand and run production activities with the purpose of improving automation, quality and efficiency of such activities, while reducing operational risks. The candidate also will work with EM PM on the project of product innovation, by supporting PM with analysis of data, model simulation and research.

Weekly NAV validation
Produce and update standard presentation materials and ad-hoc client presentations (for portfolio reviews and/or investment proposals purposes). This client has specific reporting requirements and demands thorough periodic presentations [monthly commentary and quarterly/semi-annual and annual presentations]
We are close to pitching new ideas that are now still paper portfolios, these ideas necessitate investment work to be credible and buyable from prospective clients. We also need to chase channels of potential sellers and present possible variations of these ideas.
