Job description

Cette offre s'adresse aux candidats avec un rythme de 3 ou 4 jours en entreprise en stage alterné.

 

Au sein du département Fund Administration, vous intégrerez l'équipe Operational Reporting, en charge d'assurer la production et le suivi des déclarations fiscales ( des fonds et pays sous prestation) ainsi que le contrôle des compteurs fiscaux et la production des diverses statistiques sur les portefeuilles et les frais des fonds sous administration..

En tant que Stagiaire, votre rôle est d'assurer la production et le suivi de divers rapports et/ou statistiques.
Vous participerez ainsi aux missions suivantes :

- Assurer la production et l'envoi des déclarations fiscales et des statistiques/calculs (mensuelles/trimestrielles/annuelles) dans les délais légaux et exigés par les clients;

- Suivre les contrôles de premier niveaux sur les fiscalités journalières et vérifier les flux de ces mêmes fiscalités;

- Prendre en considération les demandes diverses des clients internes et externes et y répondre en soutien de l’équipe ;

- Assurer la production de ratios.

    Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master (M1/M2) ou équivalent en Finance, Economie ou Gestion.
    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed
    Vous avez un intérêt pour les fonds d'investissement et vous avez des connaissances sur les différents instruments financiers et notamment en comptabilité de fonds (calcul de NAV/VNI/VL).
    IT tools
    Vous maîtrisez le pack office.
    Languages
    Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
