Job description

Au sein du département Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions (PERES), vous intégrerez l'équipe Fund Accounting en charge de la gestion comptable de nos clients.

 

Pendant la durée de votre stage, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

  • Participer à la production de la valeur liquidative (NAV) de fonds d’investissements alternatifs (principalement Private Equity).
  • Contribuer à la gestion comptable des fonds : enregistrement des opérations courantes, rapprochements bancaires, calcul des provisions, traitement des opérations liées aux investissements et aux investisseurs.
  • Saisir les appels de fonds (capital calls), les distributions aux investisseurs et les frais spécifiques (management fees, waterfall, etc.).
  • Participer au processus d’audit et aux clôtures annuelles (préparation de la documentation, réponses aux auditeurs / commissaires aux comptes).
  • Contribuer aux reportings réglementaires, notamment à destination de la Banque Centrale du Luxembourg.
  • Aider à l’interprétation de la documentation juridique des fonds et des schémas comptables associés.

    Vous êtes étudiant en comptabilité, ou finance en école de commerce ou université.
    Vous souhaitez réaliser un stage de césure, ou de fin d'études.
    Connaissances exigées: Vous avez des connaissances comptables et de l'environnement des fonds d'investissement alternatifs avancées. 
    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed
    Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'esprit analytique et d'esprit d'équipe.
    IT tools
    Maîtrise du Pack Office et en particulier d'Excel.
    Languages
    Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
