Votre équipe

L'équipe Corporate Premises est composée de 3 personnes au sein du Groupe CACEIS, avec un rattachement direct à la Direction Financière.

 

Votre mission

Vous supporterez le département dans le déploiement du nouveau processus de gestion des voyages en liaison avec Credit Agricole SA et ce pour toutes les géographies du groupe CACEIS.

  • Notamment en accompagnant chaque pays dans son projet de déploiement (collecte des informations, explications, formations, comité de projet Credit Agricole etc..)
  • En travaillant sur le déploiement des outils de reporting (contrôle des voyages, bilan carbone etc…)
  • L’harmonisation des moyens de paiements
  • La mise en place d’interface avec le système d’information RH et Finance

Par ailleurs, vous suivrez le bon déploiement du processus achat standardisé pour l’ensemble de la filière (toutes géographies), incluant :

  • L'accompagnement des parties prenantes (formation)
  • Les mesures correctrices post déploiement

    Vous êtes actuellement étudiant en Ecole de Commerce / Université avec une spécialisation en gestion de projets et/ou achats.
    Une première expérience réussie en gestion de projets est un atout.
