Job description

Le pôle fonctionnement  assure le traitement des opérations bancaires initiées par l'ensemble des réseaux commerciaux LCL. Il assure également le support aux équipes commerciales dans la maîtrise des outils et process. Il joue le rôle d'assistance à la clientèle pour toute opération nécessitant l'appui d'une expertise technique.

Au sein de l'unité Métier de Roubaix, vous serez en charge du traitement des opérations de back office relatives à la gestion des comptes en déshérence ECKERT.


Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Traiter les dossiers de déshérence dans un souci d'efficacité et de productivité

- Assurer la conformité des opérations

- Garantir le respect des engagements de qualité de service
