Job description

Dans le cadre de l'accroissement d'activité de fin d'année, la Direction des Opérations de SPIRICA recherche un Référent back office, en CDD, du 01 octobre à fin janvier 2025.

A ce titre, sous la responsabilité du Responsable d’équipe, vous participerez à la gestion courante des opérations du service :

  • Contrôler et valider quotidiennement les actes de gestion et de paiement des prestations accomplis par les gestionnaires.
  • Etablir un reporting qualité des actes de gestion ;
  • Apporter un soutien technique (formation, information, réponse aux questions) aux gestionnaires en terme de connaissances techniques et de procédures internes et règles de gestion ;
  • Prendre en charge la gestion intégrale de dossiers complexes (ex / Tracfin) ; 
  • Accomplir des actes de gestion courants ;
  • Coordonner certaines tâches de gestion ;
  • Prendre en charge des travaux transversaux, missions ponctuelles inhérents à l’évolution du fonctionnement du service, des processus, produits, clients.

    Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac +3 minimum (assurance, juridique, gestion).
    Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion back office de contrat d'assurance.
