Job description

Société du groupe Crédit Agricole Assurances, UAF LIFE Patrimoine est une plateforme de distribution de produits financiers et d'assurance à destination de professionnels du patrimoine.

 

Nous recrutons un gestionnaire administratif en CDD de remplacement de congé maternité. 

Au sein du service Logistique, vous contribuez au traitement des flux entrants (courriers, e-mails et serveurs) et des actes de gestion administratifs :

  • Ouvrir du courrier et préparer des lots de courrier par assureur et types de produits
  • Numériser des documents
  • Créer des opérations dans le CRM
  • Prendre en charge et traiter des opérations administratives sur les contrats des clients, en application des règles de gestion en vigueur
  • Contrôler la qualité des opérations d’affaires nouvelles
  • Réaliser d’autres tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service logistique (procédures, …)

    De formation Bac +2 en assurance, banque, juridique, gestion. 

    Vous bénéficiez idéalement d'une première expérience en back office ou sur une plateforme téléphonique spécialisée dans le secteur assurantiel ou sur un poste similaire.

    Rigueur, réactivité, bonne capacité d'adaptation, sens de l'organisation, esprit d'équipe et du service client.
