Nous recrutons un Fund Accountant H/F au sein du département Mandats

 

Votre équipe

Le poste est rattaché à la Direction Administration de Fonds (CACEIS Fund Administration), au sein du département Mandats, qui est en charge de l’activité de valorisation et de comptabilité de portefeuilles pour le compte d’institutionnels

Vous rejoignez une équipe de 8 à 12 personnes, dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution

 

Vos missions

En tant que Fund Accountant Mandats, vous assurez la valorisation, la comptabilité et le contrôle de portefeuilles / compartiments d’OPC et/ou de Mandats dans le respect des délais impartis (« Cut off »), de la réglementation en vigueur, des normes et des procédures en place, des exigences de qualité

 

Vous prenez en compte les obligations de communication aux gérants de portefeuilles, aux clients, aux dépositaires / conservateurs et teneurs de compte, et aux commissaires aux comptes



Sur le portefeuille de Mandats qui vous sont confiés, votre rôle est de : 

  • Garantir la fiabilité des prestations effectuées en opérant tous les contrôles nécessaires.
  • Produire et mettre à disposition les informations comptables devant être fournies aux gérants de portefeuilles, aux clients.
  • Assurer la relation clientèle en répondant aux demandes des clients et en proposant des actions préventives ou correctrices susceptibles d'améliorer leur satisfaction.

    Vous êtes idéalement diplômé d'une formation spécialisée en Finance ou Comptabilité/Gestion (Bac +4 à Bac +5)
    Vous disposez d'une première expérience en back/middle office sur les titres ou les OPCVM

    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed
    Doté d'une bonne capacité d'analyse, vous avez déjà pu démontrer votre capacité à contrôler et/ou gérer des données comptables. Vous avez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et un bon esprit d'équipe.
    IT tools
    La connaissance du logiciel GP3 serait un plus.
