Job description

Dans le cadre de son développement, UAF LIFE Patrimoine recherche un(e) assistant(e) Commercial(e) en contrat à durée déterminée pour une durée de 8 mois.

L’Assistant(e) Commercial(e) a pour rôle d’accompagner les Responsables de Développement Commercial dans leur activité commerciale et administrative. Il/Elle participe activement au suivi et au développement du portefeuille clients en assurant une interface efficace entre les CGP et les différents services (back office, communication, commissions, etc.).

Responsabilités et tâches principales :

  • Être le point de contact des CGP animés par les responsables de développement commercial,
  • Faire l’interface entre le back office et les CGP dans la gestion administrative des dossiers,
  • Assurer un suivi régulier des opérations en cours,
  • Former et accompagner les CGP aux services numériques déployés par UAF LIFE Patrimoine (souscription et actes en cours de vie des contrats dématérialisés, liaison avec les agrégateurs, etc.),
  • Participer occasionnellement à des rendez-vous et/ou des manifestations destinées aux CGP,
  • Contribuer à la création des supports de communication à destination des CGP (préparation RDV, évènements).

    De formation Bac +3 en gestion de patrimoine ou Banque/Assurance 
    Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience minimum de 2 ans dans le domaine de l'assurance vie, de la gestion de patrimoine ou de la gestion d’actifs.
