You will have the support and guidance of identified subject matter experts, dedicated communities, as well as established leaders.
You will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day QA release cycles of multiple apps. You will be closely associated with business analysis and development team to forecast/plan new upcoming QA releases, add/revamp existing test repo both functionally and technically.
You will also be instrumental in taking the TSY test cycle to a full-fledged automated approach exploiting the modern CI/CD techniques. Maintaining strong coding standards and modularity. Align yourself with bank’s initiatives and strategies.
Responsibilities
·       Liaise with business analysts and development team for clarification and understanding of requirements.
·       Design and develop and test code using a modern CI-CD pipeline
·       Run the non-regression release cycles of different applications within Treasury. Lead the release cycle.
·       Perform Capacity and Scope forecast for each Sprint. Work actively to optimize the QA life-cycle in order to manage the book of work of multiple applications.
·       Lead the automation initiative of the existing test scenarios and enhance the test-coverage with new scenarios in parallel.
·       Prepare and maintain technical test documentations and keep the test repo updated in real-time.
·       Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Java/J2EE and QA methodologies.
·       Participate in proof of concept for new technology R&D.
·       Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for software and QA development processes.
·       Must be able to mentor new/junior resources, impart knowledge and collaborate effectively within TSY and whole CMI.
·       Self-motivated and starter with demonstrated ability to lead new initiatives, advise on design and approach, perform POCs and explore latest market standards and tools to gain time and cost efficiency.
·       Flexibility to accept additional responsibilities and be able to multi-task.

  • Minimum level of study
    Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    Training / Specialization
    Degree and above in relevant discipline 
     ·       Intermediate level (5 to 7 years) QA and Automation experience in Capital Markets or related domain.·       Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.·       QA Design Methodologies.·       Object-oriented language: Java/J2EE, .Net·       Load/Performance, API and Micro-services testing abilities, GUI Test Automation.·       Testing automation tools and frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG, and Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber).·       Web Scripting language: JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML5, Angular, React·       UNIX/LINUX Scripting skills.·       Relational DB and language: MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer, Sybase…·       DevOps Pipeline tooling GIT, Maven/Graven/Nuget, Jenkins/TeamCIty/GitLab/MasterDeploy, Docker/Kubernetes.
