Job description

Im Bereich People Operations treiben wir die Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Personalarbeit voran. Unser Fokus liegt auf dem Aufbau und der Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen, dem Reporting für strategische Entscheidungen, sowie auf der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen und der Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Datenbasis.

 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als HR Reporting und Analytics Specialist. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit unserem zentralen HR-Team und den Centers of Excellence in Paris zusammen und gestalten die strategische Personalplanung aktiv mit.

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse von Abweichungen, Trends und Treibern in HR-Kennzahlen.
  • Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Datenkonsistenz und -integrität in den HR-Systemen.
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Erstellung und Übermittlung von HR-Reports an das Headquarter in Paris (in englischer Sprache).
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Personalplanung und Budgetplanung im HR-Bereich.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance/Controlling zur Abstimmung von Personalkosten- und Budgetdaten.
  • Operative und konzeptionelle Mitarbeit bei der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-IT-Landschaft.
  • Erstellung und Pflege standardisierter und ad-hoc-Auswertungen aus den HR-Systemen.
  • Unterstützung bei Systemanpassungen, Tests und Rollouts (inkl. Schulung der Anwender).
  • Abstimmung von Reportinganforderungen, Definitionen und Kennzahlenstandards.
  • Unterstützung bei globalen Projekten und Initiativen.
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Compliance-Reportings im HR-Kontext.

    Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    Training / Specialization
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zu Wirtschaft, Personal, Controlling oder vergleichbar oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.


    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Controlling, HR-Analytics oder in einer vergleichbaren HR-Funktion.
    Minimum experience level
    3-5 years
    Skills needed
    • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit HR-Informationssystemen; idealerweise, praktische Erfahrung mit LOGA und/oder Oracle Fusion (von Vorteil)
    • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise.
    • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Bereitschaft, operative Themen eigenständig aufzugreifen und umzusetzen.
    • Verlässlichkeit, Sorgfalt, Diskretion und Integrität im Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten.
    IT tools
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel (Datenanalyse, Auswertungen, Pivot).
    Languages
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
