Job description

 Business Continuity Plan

-Help on BIA, BCP procedures, BCP test.

-Strong communication with technical support team and HO BCP team.

-Provide valuable opinions on the improvements of BCP set up.

-Coordinate CMT/BCP teams during the crisis as the back-up of the manager.

CLSi (Local Coordinator for Information Security)

-Help on the annual tasks assigned by the manager.

-Provide valuable opinions on the improvements of IS.

-Strong communication with technical support team and HO ISS team.

Project Management

-Assist on coordination of projects assigned by the Manager.

-Communicate with different departments and organize working group / project meetings.

-Project documentations.

-Analyze the situation and timely report to the Manager.

-Be able to follow the topics and solve the issues with the assistance by the Manager.

Others

- Ad hoc user support assigned by the manager

    Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    Training / Specialization
    - Bachelor degree and above, Major in Finance or IT, fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience.
    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed
     - The personality of skilled for communication.- Good command of English.- Detail oriented with good team-working spirit.- Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines.
    IT tools
    - Skilled in MS office, including Excel, PPT and Word.
    Languages
    Chinese/English
