Crédit Agricole Immobilier, à travers sa filiale Crédit Agricole Services immobiliers, accompagne les clients particuliers à chaque étape de leurs projets immobiliers. Spécialiste de l’administration de biens, Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers conçoit des services de location, transaction, gestion locative ou encore syndic de copropriétés distribués par les réseaux d’agences immobilières Square Habitat Crédit Agricole. 

Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers recrute pour son agence SQUARE HABITAT CREDIT AGRICOLE Cournon un(e) Assistant(e) Gestion Locative (H/F) en CDD pour une durée de 3 mois.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de cabinet, le/la assistant gestion locative intégrera le service Gestion locative.

Vos missions principales :

  • Assister le gestionnaire dans les tâches administratives.
  • Assurer l'accueil téléphonique des clients et fournisseurs du service Gestion Locative.
  • Traiter les préavis de départs des locataires administrativement.
  • Rédiger, enregistrer les baux et créer les clients dans l'outil métier.
  • Traiter les ordres de service de premier niveau.

    • Une personnalité avec une aisance relationnelle et favorisant les échanges directs
    • Sens du service très développé et tourné vers la satisfaction client
    • Des connaissances en immobilier ou en techniques du bâtiment sont autant d’atouts appréciés


     
    IT tools
    Vous maitrisez le pack Office et les outils bureautiques.La connaissance de Thetrawin est un plus.
