Job description

Crédit Agricole Immobilier, à travers sa filiale Crédit Agricole Services immobiliers, accompagne les clients particuliers à chaque étape de leurs projets immobiliers. Spécialiste de l’administration de biens, Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers conçoit des services de location, transaction, gestion locative ou encore syndic de copropriétés distribués par les réseaux d’agences immobilières Square Habitat Crédit Agricole. 

 

Au sein de Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers aux Particuliers (SIP), vous rejoignez la Direction Réseau basée à Toulouse (31).

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Cabinet, vous aurez en charge la gestion et le suivi d’un portefeuille de biens en binôme avec le/la Gestionnaire Locatif.

En tant qu’Assistant(e) Gestion Locative, vous aurez pour missions principales de :

  • Accueillir la clientèle et répondre aux appels téléphoniques
  • Rédiger, enregistrer les baux, créer les locataires et les garants dans l'outil informatique
  • Traiter les ordres de service, valider les bons d'intervention et assurer le suivi des travaux
  • Gérer administrativement les sinistres et expertises
  • Assurer les travaux de secrétariat pour le service
  • Traiter les congés des locataires et fixer les rendez-vous d'état des lieux
  • Demander et suivre les diagnostics règlementaires en vue de la relocation d'un bien
  • Assurer le suivi des entretiens chaudière, ramonage et des attestations d'assurances
  • Gérer les contrats loyers impayés et garanties Visale
