Job description

Poste recherché :

Adjoint conformité en alternance Master 2 juriste Banque / Finance

Missions confiées :

Comparaison du manuel Lutte anti Blanchiment de Monaco avec la législation monégasque sur le sujet
Etude des griefs de I'ACPR vis-à-vis des banques françaises et analyse des procédures et pratiques au sein de la succursale
Etude du projet de loi 972 renforçant le dispositif de lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux, le financement du terrorisme et la corruption et sa mise en application au sein de la banque
Initiation à l'analyse de dossiers LAB et à la rédaction de déclarations de soupçon
Elaboration et alimentation d'une base de données destinée à maîtriser le risque de blanchiment de capitaux pour la partie de la clientèle nécessitant une surveillance particulière
Mise en place de l'organisation nécessaire à la pérennité de la base de données dans le temps
