Job description

Dans le cadre de votre contrat dans l'équipe Private Equity, vous serez amené à :

  • Suivre les investissements en cours (reporting);
  • Assurer la coordination et le suivi opérationnel des souscriptions, en collaboration avec les départements supports à Luxembourg et en Suisse;
  • Suivre la vie des véhicules Private Equity et préparer des avis pour les clients lors de mouvements;
  • Maintenir la base de données;
  • Préparer de la documentation ainsi que des brochures marketing;
  • Participer aux comités d'investissement;
  • Assister l’équipe dans le suivi des relations avec les responsables clientèles.

    Training / Specialization
    • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master universitaire ou diplômé d'une école de commerce avec une spécialisation Finance, Corporate Finance ou Private Equity.

    • Une première expérience acquise lors d'un précédent stage au sein d’un AIFM, dans une société de gestion, en Banque Privée, Audit ou Private Equity serait un avantage.

    • Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.
    • Vous maîtrisez Excel, VBA est un plus.
    • Vous faites preuve d'un fort sens du service et d'une sensibilité commerciale.

    • Vous disposez de connaissances avancées Pack Office.
