Rattachée à la Direction du Property Management de Sudeco en charge du Back office, en tant que comptable trésorerie, vous êtes garant de la tenue des comptes de trésorerie des mandats sous gestion.
Vous êtes le contact privilégié pour toutes les questions liées aux comptes bancaires SUDECO relatifs à des mandats de syndic, de présidence d’ASL ou d’AFUL, et d’administrateur de biens (GL).
Vous aurez pour mission d'accompagner l'équipe trésorerie composée de 5 personnes, sur les missions suivantes :
Réalisation et analyse des états de rapprochements bancaires,
Réalisation et transmission des preuves de comptes à la comptabilité corporate et aux commissaires aux comptes ou aux auditeurs de garantie financière.
Régularisations, informations et échanges avec les équipes concernées sur les anomalies constatées dans les états de rapprochement bancaires.
Gestion et suivi des prélèvements débités sur les comptes SUDECO, avec relation fournisseurs et création/gestion des espaces en ligne.
