Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       Responsible for the processing of FI/Corporate transactions including FX spot/ forward/swap

 

·       Process CBC Bank declaration statement of Foreign Exchange.

 

·       Identifies and corrects any discrepancies. Alerts on any abnormal transactions to Head of TW OPC-CMO timely and clearly without any undue delay. 

 

·       Ensures all transactions are approved by authorized persons and inputted into system correctly, timely.

 

·       Strictly follows government regulations and the bank’s internal rules & procedures.

 

·       to prepare accurate and timely Reporting.

 

·       Perform operation of new trades of Corporate/interbank for NDF.

    ·       Good knowledge on Capital Market products and local regulations in particular in respect of booking and reporting·       Accuracy and efficiency, fast learning ability, pleasant personality, team work spirit, self-motivated.·       Hard working & time management: able to handle, complete work when heavy/pick volume .·       Good communication skills in Chinese/English.·       Proficient skills in EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint.Short term Bills license
    Securities Specialist Certificate
    Languages
    English and Mandarin
