Job description

Nous recherchons un Référent au sein de l'équipe d'appui technique.

A ce titre, vous intervenez auprès des pôles commerciaux et des équipes de gestion Uaf Life Patrimoine, en lien avec d'autres directions internes.

Vous avez pour missions de :

  • Assurer un support technique (sur les problématiques du back office) auprès des pôles commerciaux en répondant à leurs sollicitations par mail et téléphone.
  • Contrôler et valider les actes de gestion complexes et de paiement des prestations.
  • Assurer la montée en compétences des nouveaux gestionnaires : contrôle et validation de tous les actes, formations.
  • Apporter un soutien technique aux gestionnaires dans le traitement des opérations et s'assurer de la correcte montée en compétences.
  • Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration des process / outils en lien avec le service d'amélioration continue et la MOA.
  • Décliner opérationnellement les évolutions juridiques et de conformité et être le garant du respect des procédures.
  • Répondre aux sollicitations des services transverses (Juridique, Conformité...).
  • Rédiger divers supports.

    5 ans minimum en gestion back office de contrat d'assurance chez des assureurs, courtiers, cabinets de gestion de patrimoine.
