Reporting to the Manager, Static Data team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate update and maintenance of all static data in MDC and GP. Setups would include creation and/or amendment of static data in all the processing systems.
You will be supporting Global business with 8 working hours a day.
Shift hours would be between 8:00am-5:00pm
What will you do?
• Control and validate market data coming from data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
• Analyze and execute the corporate action event (dividend, spin off, shares split, etc.)
• Ensure internal and external enquiries are managed on time and with high quality standard
• Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required)
• Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members
• Ensure cross training and rotation of duties occurs on a regular basis to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Periodic review of process to refresh understanding of requirements and review for compliance
