Job description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Production, vous serez responsable de la qualité, de la performance et de la continuité des services délivrés à nos clients.

Au sein de l'équipe Production de la DSI SPIRICA, vos principales missions seront :

  • Piloter la livraison des services (On premise ou Iaas) en respectant les engagements contractuels (SLA, KPI).
  • Assurer la relation utilisateurs et garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction.
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques et opérationnelles impliquées dans les changements.
  • Gérer les incidents majeurs et assurer le suivi des actions correctives.
  • Identifier et conduire les plans d’amélioration continue des services.
  • Assurer le monitoring technique des systèmes et l’amélioration continue du monitoring.
  • Assurer, au niveau technique, le suivi des contrats de support & de maintenance informatique.
  • Élaborer les reportings opérationnels.

 

Complément

Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en communication client.
Bonne connaissance des outils ITIL et des processus de delivery.
Esprit d’équipe, sens du service et forte orientation résultat.
Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral).

    Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, idéalement en environnement ITSM.

    3-5 years
